Activity Report (Audit Log)
The Activity Report is now a continuous, audit-log–style running list of every contract event across the org's entire history, replacing the month-bucketed view.
The Activity Report at /reports/activity was restructured from a month-bucketed view into a continuous, audit-log–style running list of contract events across the org's entire history.
Added
- Sortable columns — Date, Type, Customer, Subsidiary, ARR, and Δ ARR (change vs. prior contract for renewals).
- Filters — date range (from/to), customer search, minimum ARR, and per-event-type toggles (New Logo / Renewal / Churn).
- Live KPI tiles — New Logo ARR, Renewal ARR, Churned ARR, and Net New ARR recompute against the currently filtered view.
- CSV export — one-click download of the filtered result set, including contract IDs and ARR deltas, for board packs and external reconciliation.
- Reclassification tool — manually link a "New Logo" event to a prior contract to reclassify it as a Renewal, fixing attribution when CRM data didn't carry the renewal chain.

- Flat event stream — every New Logo, Renewal, and Churn event in one sortable, filterable table, replacing the month-bucketed view; no month picker, no pagination gaps.
Joins contracts, renewal links, and contract extractions server-side; org-scoped via existing tenancy controls.
