We want you to be confident in HarborOS. If it is not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back. This policy covers all paid HarborOS subscriptions.
Pro Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
After 30 days, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
If you subscribed to an annual plan, the 30-day guarantee applies from the start of the annual term. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of the paid term.
Enterprise
Enterprise agreements are governed by individual contract terms. Refund and cancellation provisions are specified in your Enterprise agreement. Contact your account representative or support@harboros.co for questions about Enterprise billing.
Free Tier
The free tier has no associated charges. No refund applies.
How to Request
Email support@harboros.co with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. You do not need to provide a reason.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
