Contract Inbox & email capture
Forward a signed contract to HarborOS. The system receives a business event, queues it for review, and suggests where it fits in the renewal chain.
Contracts arrive from multiple sources — manual upload, Google Drive, inbound email, with SharePoint and Salesforce next. The Contract Inbox is the single intake queue regardless of how the contract entered the system. Email capture is the first automated intake channel.
Added
- Inbound email pipeline — each Pro org provisions a private intake address. Forward a signed contract and HarborOS receives it as a business event, not an attachment. PDF attachments become contract records immediately; non-PDFs are retained as evidence but not ingested. Every inbound email is captured regardless of plan for audit purposes.
- Contract Inbox — a single intake queue under Docking for every contract entering HarborOS, regardless of source. Lifecycle visible per row: Received → Extracting → Ready for review → Confirmed. KPI strip shows pipeline status at a glance. Live recent-activity feed so the system visibly processes business events, not files.
- AI renewal suggestion — after extraction, HarborOS scans the org for the best predecessor contract: same customer, gap within range, not already claimed. The suggestion is a soft signal only — surfaced as an inline chip on unconfirmed contracts. Accept links the renewal chain. Dismiss clears it. The operator decides; AI never mutates the renewal link.
- Global toast — a new contract received via email fires a toast from any page with a one-click route to the Inbox.
- Bulk confirmation guard — "Confirm selected" and "Confirm all" now route through a confirmation dialog naming the exact count. Success toast carries a 10-second undo window.
Changed
- Bulk and single-row confirms now return the specific contract IDs updated, enabling precise undo without a full reload.
Email capture and AI renewal suggestions are Pro features. Free-tier inbound emails are captured as audit evidence with a silent drop.
